Dear Blossom Valley Eyecare (BVE) Patients,

 

Starting July 5^th Drs. Quicho and Pham will see all BVE patients at Crest Optometry. Crest Optometry is a slightly bigger office, fully staffed and equipped to continue exceptional eye care to all of our patients. We will keep our phone number so patients can still reach us if they call BVE. We truly believe this merger will improve our patient’s eye care experience.

Since the Pandemic started we have been struggling with staffing changes due to some moving out of the area, and others graduating from college and starting their careers.

This transition may be a little bumpy and we thank you in advance for your patience.

 

What do our patients need to do? When you call Crest Optometry, please tell the staff you’re a Blossom Valley Eyecare patient.

Does Crest Optometry take my insurance? Yes, if BVE took your insurance, Crest Optometry will take your insurance.

Where is Crest Optometry? It’s only 12 minutes, 8.3 miles away on Highway 87. It is located at 173 North Morrison Ave, Suite B San Jose CA 95126. It is between The Alameda and Julian.

Is there parking at Crest Optometry? Yes! Plenty of parking right in front of our door.

What are Crest Optometry’s Hours? 

Monday           10 am-6 pm

Tuesday           10 am-7 pm

Wednesday     10 am-7 pm

Thursday         9 am-5 pm

Friday              9 am-5 pm

We currently do not have Saturday hours. Once we hire more staff we plan to open 9 am to 1 pm on Saturdays.

Can patients still be seen at BVE?  No, our location at 590 Blossom Hill Rd will not longer have any doctors available.
